1. Course Fees (Live Training)

• Once a live batch has started, fees are non-refundable.
• Refund requests before batch start may be considered within 48 hours of payment.
• Administrative charges may apply.

2. Scholarship / Study Abroad Services

• Service fees are non-refundable once document review or consultation has started.
• Refunds will not be provided due to admission or scholarship rejection.

3. Missed Classes

If a student misses a live class:

• No refund will be issued.
• Materials (if available) will be provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical or emergency situations may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
